Nice, I like your proposal as I think as well that to be agile in adapting and responding to the current business environment circumstances which is changing in terms of days and weeks rather than quarterly, there needs to be more occasions for inspecting and adapting. Perhaps the PI Inspect and Adapt event can still remain as a end-of-PI to look at how we as a team and individual have grown and developed in the last PI, to acknowledge what we have learnt not just related to the goals but our ways of working.
