Thanks for this article. A few q’s from my side: why would a sprint be 2–4 weeks (as shown in the graph)? Why not a week, or a day?

And why would the Scrum Master determine the length? Sounds like a teams job to me.

Plus: why can’t you have variable sprint lengths? I mean why couldn’t you have 2 weeks, then one week, etc?
