Thanks for the answers, really appreciated. What I described in my post is basically Kanban together with Scrum. I can imagine that people move away from Scrum altogether. I’m interested in how people do this and why. Personally I haven’t seen pressing reasons yet to dump Scrum, especially when I can still work with continuous flow.
