Thank you for your response Matthew Hodgson. How does Fluid Scrum Teams disrupt existing teams? The pool of people is a large team. They work together towards a common goal. What they also do is work in subteams on specific goals.
I have worked in multiple large teams. I never had the idea we weren’t a real team. True, it didn’t make sense to work on one topic together. But the flexibility we had to tackle all kinds of problems in subteams was awesome.
Nexus aims to solve similar problems indeed. I personally prefer LeSS over Nexus. Still, the idea that teams should be rigid/unchanged isn’t grounded in reality.
