Last year Jurgen Appelo (Management 3.0) approached me. He noticed my Fluid Scrum Team articles and saw how I also stated that stable teams aren’t always the best answer. Just like he discusses with his unFIX model. He invited me to speak at the unFIXcon.
This triggered me and my team at Worldline to learn about unFIX and we soon saw how we could use this as a solution for one of the departments we coach. This department had some major issues:
A struggle to align on the bigger picture of their product, the value stream
Issues to organize around their goals
Low stakeholder engagement
The below case study we created together with unFIX explains how we tackled these issues and how the unFIX model worked as a template for the marketplace where the people found their own spot in the new organization.
