If you don't need goals, you don't need Scrum

It is that easy!

Some time ago, I was at a Scrum conference. When one of the speakers asked the question “Who of you here uses the Product Goal?”, only 5% of the people raised their hand. The score was better with Sprint Goals. But still, more than half of the attendants didn’t use it.
