I don’t understand why this specific topic has anything to do with the agile manifesto. But Ken and Jeff, creators of Scrum and writers of the first Scrum Guide, were co-founders of the agile manifesto. As was Mike Beedle, who co-wrote the first Scrum book with Ken.
