I am a fan of LeSS. I will always advocate it as a solution to adopt Scrum properly when you work with multiple teams.

That said, it can't be denied LeSS comes with additional practices that are not in the Scrum Guide. This is not bad. But with that I argue LeSS <> Scrum. Instead, LeSS is a way to implement Scrum.
