I showed how my company decided to go this way. I wasn’t actively involved at the time. I merely was one of the Scrum Masters from the newly formed teams.

Indeed, I am to the conclusion this isn’t a good fit. I know that many other companies did the same. This is why I wrote the article to share my experiences.
